Orders:
Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order.
UK delivery:
We ship Next day special delivery free of charge and we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days.
A signature is required on delivery
Overseas Delivery:
We ship internationally at an additional cost of £8.50. Allow 14 working days from receipt of your order.
Credit/Debit card security:
DNB London website uses a secure payment gateway for the collection of your card details. All the information passed from the payment page is encrypted.
